We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn, original condition jewelry provided that all security tags remain intact. Please note that bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely place the jewelry in its original BY PARIAH presentation box and shipping carton to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Refund Processing

Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
